Little known facts about Hat and the OG:

Last time he Q’d the OG, he went to the wrong AO (obviously missed the memo). That was corrected today. TI is a pretty cool location btw.

It’s been a minute since he put on a ruck sack and in fact he did not recognize this type/brand when Plank handed to him. Air Force rucks look a bit different. You know,  long skinny rucks that carry the essentials to perform the mission; 14 clubs, a few ProV1’s and tees, and a good cigar. Thanks to Planks 2.0 Hat was able to put on the real deal today. 20lbs. if you’re curious. (This is the point in the BB where guys that have carried more weight or real rucks are saying “Dang Hat, that is some weak sauce, Son.”)

Although Hat has visited the OG a handful of times (Arrow is his normal jam) this was a VQ of sorts, especially with a ruck, so the challenge was on to find some exercises that were challenging to the PAX.

Conditions: Hint of summer

COT/BOM:

YHC shared from Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 – “Two are better than one….If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.” Who do you know that is lonely? Who do you know that needs a kind word? Who do you know that you need to invite to a workout?

So here’s the deal. Rucking might not be your thing and Arrow might be your normal Wed jam too. But let me suggest giving this OG/Ruck thing a try every now and again. Its a good time and a great workout to change things up with a great bunch of dudes.

As always, it was an honor to lead.

Aye!
