Old ER has 5 stops.  (Stoplight/Stairwell1/Stairwell1/Stairwell2/Stairwell2).  Do those 5 stops, plus 5 more (Old ER in reverse), 10 reps each stop:
– Burpees

– Squats

– Merkins

– Dying Cockroaches

Simple.  Easy.  Phlegm & Cross Stitch per usual were way ahead of the rest of us. 

Had to jet, so Phlegm handled announcements, WOD, etc.
