Mosey to the parking lot that is a confluence of Hospital Hill, First Pres & Cemetery Hill. We all see a black, dirty truck loaded with some cinder blocks and a piece of cardboard. Grab a block and partner.

One partner runs to the top of the Hill, does LBCs and then runs back while the other partner completes the block work.

1st Round

5 Thrusters, 10 hand release merkins, 5 thrusters, 20 HRM, 5 Thrusters, 30 HRM

2nd Round:

5 Blockies(Block Burpees), 10 Overhead Press, 5 Blockies, 20 OHP, 5 Blockies, 30 OHP
