Would I have gone if I didn’t have the Q? Maybe not. Lesson 1: schedule some dudes to Q in your AO that normally don’t. Forcing someone out of their comfort zone is a good thing, right?

Lesson 2: when posting/Qing at EW make sure you eat your supper at around 4:30. This is known as the Early Bird method. This should reduce any unforeseen Deuces and/or the unfortunate 1/2 Puke. Do not start eating at around 7:00 or you’re screwed.

Weather: horrible. F You Summer with all your humidity, heat, and warm parking lots. Granted I know it’s supposed to be hot, but man it just sucks.

Thang: Warmups. Powder and Flamer were chatting the whole time about something. Clearly they are trying to distract the Q from his A Game. Lesson 3: Ain’t going to happen, Chocise.

Moving forward, short mosey to short wall. Incline merkins, IC. Or were they decline? Dammit, why do I still get those confused? Started w/ the ones with your head higher than feet. Then Step Ups OYO. Then deinclines. Then tricep dips, IC.

Mosey to Tunnel of Love for wall sits. It felt really good in there by the way. Must be some HVAC leaking or something.

Mosey to the Lil Quad for Lunge Walks over to the other parking lot. You know, the one where we would typically do that really fun partner exercise where we push each other’s feet down?

We didn’t do that exercise, but we did do another fun one. This came from Splinter in Columbia (Abe’s Meanest Son).

At the top of each minute start:

10 merkins/6 squat jumps/4 burpees

Repeat for 10 minutes.

Mosey to bottom of hill approaching Lake HKY CC for Flamers and Box Cutters. Continue mosey to the bottom of what used to be the fairway of hole #1. Crawl Bear up a little nasty hill. Always a treat.

Mosey up to Rocky Top’s house for monkey humpers. Mosey to Humpy’s house for (of course) Humpys. Then across the street for F3Foothills’ next EH target: Phil Keever. Dude apparently has more excuses than reasons to post. Keep after him fellas. He’s bound to crack soon.

Plank for the 6.

Finish up with 5 minutes of Sand Babies. 10 SB Burpees, 10 curls or kettle bell swings, then end with a SB Bear Crawl.
