Mosey to the block pile- grab a partner and gather in front of Corinth to run around the front loop

First lap around- Partner carries the block around the loop, other partner squats

Second lap- Curls/ run around

third lap- OHP

partner up- back to back for an impromptu exercise of “around the world” Do not look in the lexicon, I doubt it’s there. If you missed it, ask someone who was there.
