However when you Q OG – Its yours, use whatever Gear you like: Blocks, Dumbells, SandBags, Ruck Plates, Jump Ropes, etc, Wanna make the workout harder – Wear a Ruck or Weighted Vest! Like Running? incorporate it into the Beatdown just like you would at a bootcamp.

YHC (Flex Seal) will have Kettlebells, Sandbags, and more for your Q – I will bring them every Wed, or if I’m out of town, I will arrange to get them to the Q. Also encourage PAX to bring their own. Ask Dlibert and Igloo to Join you – They have bells to share too! – As I’m sure many PAX do.
