It’s been several weeks since I have been able to post at Prison Break. I switched Tuesday Q’s with Audit so I was on deck. With many balls in the air personally and work related I was only able to think of how thinsgs would play out for my Q during my commute without writing anything out…well not until about 10:00 PM Monday night.
So here is how it went down…
Pax were instructed to grab two bricks.
Warm Up (yes, we did all of this but this is a San Antonio #f3alamo #madonna style warm-up) various counts IC
- Windmills
- Merkins
- LBC’s
- Squats
- LBAC’s with 10 second hold ’em between forward/backward
- Ski Jumps over the bricks (15 each side)
- Carolina Drydock
- SSH’s
Pick up Bricks and mosey to corner of Willow St. & Harper Ave.
- Commence Indian Run while holding Bricks straight up in the air and end at the Stargate AO.
- Plank Medley (Standard Plank, RAH, LLH, LAH, RLH, RAHLLH, LAHRLH,Mission Impossible)
- Tricep Dips on Wall
- Box Jumps on Wall
Pick up Bricks and mosey to corner of Harper Ave. & Main St. Turn onto Main St. and commence Indian Run to the Methodist Church with Bricks out in front.
Partner Up (with four that was fairly easy)
Wheelbarrow up stairs and then flapjack (Rinse & Repeat)
Pick up Bricks
- Chest Fly’s 20 IC
- Overhead Tricep Extensions 15 IC
- Curls for Snips 20 IC
Remain holding bricks and Mosey to AO and once at corner of Boundary St. & West Ave. commence Indian Run with arms held out.
- WIth Bricks do a Reverse Lunge Tricep Kickback 15 IC (repeat with other arm)
Time with Mary
- American Hammers 20 IC
- Dolly’s 15 IC
- 10 Second 6″ Hold ’em
- Wheezie Jefferson 15 IC
- Rosalita
- Body Destroyer 30 Seconds
COT – Jesus performed the ultimate sacrfice in giving His life for our sins and sits down at the right hand of God. (paraprhased from Hebrews 10:11-12) Levitical law forbid any chairs in the temple as the priest was not provided an opportunity to sit down on the job which would have given a poor image of their role of presenting sacrifices. Notice that Jesus is ‘seated’ at the right hand. The sacrfice is done and we need to walk in that each day knowing we need to live our lives knowing that our sins are forgiven and Christ paid that price for us.
