- 20 Derkin wide
- 20 1 legged squats/lunge
- 20 Derkin narrow
- 20 other legged squats/lunge
- 20 dip
- 1 lap around block (past bank, down hill, up FBC parking lot and back)
Rinse and repeat x 5.
Called an audible with 2 reps to go and cut the reps to 10. Time and my aching arms said it was necessary.
Had 3 minutes to spare, so knocked out some abs.

Celebrated my church’s recent youth mission trip and how very proud I am as a father of a servant son. Encouraged all to be involved, but I recognized that all PAX already consistently mission. Awesome!!!!
Lots of heavy prayer requests…many elderly folk with special needs, families struggling with hurt looking for peace….
