Animal Curb Crawl:

This has become an Audit favorite! To make things even more fun the curbs were around 100 feet apart.

Partner 1 does incline merkins on first curb AMRAP while partner 2 bear crawls to the opposite curb and back, then flap jack.

Repeat with these combinations: Bicep dips/Crab walk, Calf raises/Frog jumps, Squats/Horse (Duck) walk.

Mosey to the bottom of the hill at Hudson Elementary right before the greenway.

Lazy Doras:

Partner 1 does merkins, 25 reps, while partner 2 planks, flap jack until 100 cumulative reps reached.

Partner 1 does LBCs, 25 reps, while partner 2 holds six inches, flap jack until 200 cumulative reps reached.

Partner 1 does squats, 25 reps, while partner 2 holds in Al Gore, flap jack until 300 cumulative reps reached.

Mosey up the hill back to Hudson Middle school.

Howling Monkeys:

All PAX form a circle and get into monkey humper position, first PAX does 10 monkey humpers followed by the next PAX and so on as in other “ring of fire” exercises. Two times around.
