Ten brave souls showed up even with the forecast showing rain all morning. We have the lovely treat of warming up under the sails but that only lasted for a few brief minutes. Here was our wet 45 minutes of fun:
Warmups:
SSH’s – 15 – IC
Humpy’s (the man himself called cadence for us!) – 15 – IC
ATT’s – 15 – IC
Mosey to end of parking lot, left down the street, under the bridge to the Station parking lot.
Found a partner – Partner 1 ran to top of parking lot and did 10 squats, Partner 2 performed an exercise – flap jack – we did 100 Burpees and 150 Merkins cumulative (shout out to Shamus and Phlegm for doing 170 Merkins!)
Mosey along tracks, crossed 4th. Split up into two teams and did a long distance Indian Run. We came in a dead tie for 1st place – reward for the hard work was 20 LBC’s OYO.
Mosey to the 1st Baptist block pile. Each pax grabbed their own block for a little “21”. YHC made it up, sort of. Pax got on our 6. 1 rep of American Hammers & 20 reps of Bench Press then 2 & 19, then 3 & 18 etc. Time had to be called with most of us at 10 & 11.
Mosey to the Alex Lee Playground. Got back in our Indian Run teams and formed lines at the pull-up bars. First person did 5 pull-ups and mosey to the flag. LBC’s at the flag until the 6’s got there.
