YHC’s weekend was a rough one. I caught a stomach bug and spent most of the weekend sick. YHC was so drained I was not able to do my typical long run on Monday. This all said to say this: I had a lot of built up energy and needed mileage and this spelled trouble for the PAX! So 9 of us rolled up to PrisonBreak and got busy.

- The mumblechatter really got ramped up early because of the big, bad hill the PAX had to take on! Thought I may need a box of Kleenex for all the crying!

- Before we start, a random guy walks up to ask who we are; we give an answer, he waves goodbye and we do this:

- Off in the distance YHC sees a guy jogging toward us; it’s an FNG! He joined us just in time for:
