4 Pax at Hurler this morning.  Great to see everyone!!

Warmups included:

We went to the town square where we performed each of the following exercises, 10 reps each.  Between each of these exercises we would run a lap around the town square.

We mosied to the wall on the side of Mackie Furniture where we did two sets of the following wall exercises, 15 reps the first time, and 8 reps the second time.

We then went to Rock Chapel Church where we scaled a 5 foot wall 10 times.

We went to the block pile, got our blocks and did two sets of the following block exercises, 10 reps the first time and 7 reps the second time.

We mosied back to the starting point and finished up with the following ab workouts:

Word of the day, was the 5th Commandment, we should honor our Father and Mother as well as our in-Laws.
