Pogo Jumps x25 OYO at the bottom, then Peter Parker up the hill. At the top of the hill, laid on our backs and spelled out #f3_lenoir. Once that was completed, ran down the steps back to the starting point.

Frog Lung x25 OYO at the bottom, then Peter Parker up the hill. At the top of the hill, laid on our backs and spelled out #f3_lenoir. Once that was completed, ran down the steps back to the starting point.

Ice Skater x25 OYO at the bottom, then Peter Parker up the hill. At the top of the hill, laid on our backs and spelled out #f3_lenoir. Once that was completed, ran down the steps back to the starting point.

Gorilla Humpers x25 OYO at the bottom, the Peter Parker up the hill. At the top, got into a plank position to wait on the rest.

On one end we start out with 1 merkin, then ran to the other end and do 20 LBC’s. We did this until we got down to 10 merkins and 11 LBC’s.
