It has been a long time coming. Lots of emails sent. Facebook messages sent. Lots of Twitter chatter. A lot of hype coming into this day. Yes, it was the launch of F3 Hickory Region’s newest location: Lenoir! Who would show up? Would this cold day stop potential FNGs from posting? Well, 7:00 came and 40 PAX rolled into “The Den” to begin something that will be life changing! YHC was thrilled by all the support his F3 brothers gave! Enough of this sentimental stuff, here is how “The Den” began:

Split into Groups 1 & 2
Group 1
- Lunge Walk to designated point do 20 Mountain Climbers, Karaoke back, do 20 Hillbillies
- Run to lower corner of parking lot 10 Burpees
- Run to next corner 15 Star Jumps
- Run to next corner 15 Peter Parkers
- Run to lower parking lot 15 Parker Peters
- Run past playground and call on PAX to call Ab exercise
- Run to next parking lot and partner up for block exercise (75 squats, curls, & bench press; partner runs to bottom of hill does 10 Merkins, runs ack and flap jacks w/ partner)
Group 2 (Snips)
- Block Work (300 cumulative Squats, Curls, and Bench Press; partner runs to bottom of hill 20 Merkins, runs back and flap jacks with partner)
- Mosey to parking lot 4 corners (not sure what all happened but I saw lots of karaoking, mountain climbing, and tongues wagging! Good Q Snips!)

Again thanks to F3 Hickory, Granite Falls, Taylorsville, and Mountain View for coming all the way up to Lenoir and supporting us! This is going to be a great A/O and YHC is very excited to be a part of it with these men! Another encouraging note; Abraham mentioned when Hickory started they had less FNGs than Lenoir! Great start men!
